How to Reserve a Space
We offer a variety of registration & payment options:
Online - Credit Card payment:
You are encouraged to reserve a space at your preferred institute online using your credit card at the “Register Now” link below. This option is available 24/7, and by doing so your seat will be guaranteed and you will automatically receive a paid receipt via email.
Online - Check payment:
You may also register online, choose the “I will pay by check” option, print your email confirmation, and mail it along with your check or money order.
Payment must be received to guarantee your seat.
Checks should be made payable to Indiana University, referencing event #50-20 and the name of the registrant(s) on the stub or memo line, and send to:

Mailed registration confirmation and payment should be received one week prior to the start of your selected program. Please do not send via certified or express mail.

Payment must be received prior to the start of your selected institute to guarantee your seat.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Indiana University Conferences, either via email at email@example.com , or by fax at 812.855.8077, no later than one week prior to your scheduled institute, to be eligible for a refund, less a $35 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than one week before the start of your selected institute. However, you may transfer your registration to a later institute in the same calendar year (subject to availability).
A certificate reflecting the number of CEs / CLEs earned will be provided to all pre-registered participants at the conclusion of the final day of each Institute. There will be a $35 charge for replacement certificates.
